How long does a quality roof repair last?
Depends on material and workmanship quality. Quality flashing repair lasts 10–15 years. New TPO or EPDM membrane covering — 20–30 years. Ceramic tiles — 50+ years. Our warranty covers the first 10 years, but quality repair in practice lasts longer. Key point: regular maintenance every 3–5 years extends any covering's lifespan.
What roof materials are best for Latvia's climate?
Latvia's climate — lots of moisture, frosts, freeze-thaw cycles — is best served by: ceramic or concrete tiles (durable, long-lasting), TPO/EPDM membrane for flat roofs (flexible in cold), anti-corrosion coated metal with polyester or PVDF treatment. Slate is still functional if intact. Bitumen shingles work but crack faster in Latvia's UV and frost than in southern climates. The best solution is determined after inspection — it also depends on house type and budget.
Do you work with apartment buildings and housing associations (HOAs)?
Yes — we have experience with private homes, apartment panel buildings and HOA-commissioned projects. For large roofs we offer a phased repair plan for budget allocation. We prepare documentation for HOA meetings and bank financing applications.
